DANCE CLASSES
Join one of our dance classes and learn to dance and learn how to dance better. We run classes for all levels of dancer from absolute beginners, to aspiring medallists, intermediate, improvers, and advanced dancers. On Tuesday afternoon and evenings, classes are held at Beechen Grove Baptist Church , Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1JJ.
On Thursday evenings we run the same classes at Mornington Hall, Green Walk, Chingford, E4 7EN. Contact us for details.
DANCE HOLIDAYS
We support the English Riviera Dance Festival at the Victoria Hotel, Torquay which is held in the first week of June each year, and is a fabulous dance event for social dances and competitors. Based in the beautiful Victoria Hotel which has extensive leisure facilities you can dance in the Hotels two lovely ballrooms and enjoy social dancing workshops, tea dances, lectures and masterclasses, competitors practice, competitions for all levels of dancer and two fabulous demonstrations, plus a Gala Dinner. We are delighted to be running some of the Workshops and lecturing again this year. Contact us for booking details.
PRIVATE LESSONS
If you would like one to one tuition why not book a private lesson with Ian or Linda or one of the Team. It's a great way to make faster progress and to concentrate solely on your dancing goals. We offer 30 minutes and 45 minute lessons. We teach couples, and single dancers on their own. If you don't have a partner why not team up with a friend and share a private lesson either as a couple or as two singles. You will learn a lot and have fun. Please contact us for more info,
GUEST LESSONS
We regularly invite top visiting professionals to give guest lessons to our pupils to help them improve their dancing. Giving a different perspective it allows our pupils to experience different teaching techniques on the doorstep, helping them to further their dancing knowledge and skills. DANCE WORKSHOPS
We hold regular dance workshops in ballroom and latin which are open to everyone. We invite top visiting professionals to lecture and demonstrate various aspects of dance technique to help all dancers improve their dancing skills. SATURDAY NIGHT SOCIAL DANCES
Try our monthly Saturday night social dances for three hours of ballroom, latin american, and sequence dancing. A friendly atmosphere, great music, free on site parking, and free refreshments all go to make these evenings very special events. Ring Linda to reserve your seats as these events are very popular. Also look out for our Black and White, themed, and Christmas New Years Eve dances. (Christmas and New Years Eve are reservation only). See our Timetable and Social Events page for details.
