Monthly Saturday Night Social Dances
Various dates
Our popular monthly Saturday Night Social Dances provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, great music, and free refreshments They provide a range of Ballroom, Latin, and Modern Sequence dancing from 8pm to 10.30pm. It is advisable to to ring Linda to reserve seating as these events are very popular. Our Christmas and New Years Eve dances are by reservation only. We take reservations from September. Our Saturday Night Social Dances are held in the large, sprung floor of the Main Hall, 2nd Floor, Beechen Grove Baptist Church, 32, Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1JJ. Car parking is available in the multi storey car park on Estcourt Road behind the Church (Limited parking available in the Church).
Dance Holidays
First Week of June Annually
We support the English Riviera Dance Festival at the Victoria Hotel, Torquay which is held in the first week of June each year, and is a fabulous dance event for social dancers and competitors. Based in the beautiful Victoria Hotel which has extensive leisure facilities you can dance in the Hotels two lovely ballrooms and enjoy social dancing workshops, tea dances, lectures, masterclasses, competitors practice and competitions for all levels of dancer. There will be two fabulous demonstrations, plus a Gala Dinner. We are delighted to be running some of the Workshops and lecturing again this year. Contact us for booking details.
